The Framework

We believe you are at your best in the four roles when you do these three things:

  • Prioritizing daily time with Jesus

  • Walking with an older mentor

  • Living life among brothers

We believe the best way to build brotherhood is to focus on these three things:

  • Consistency: Spending time together often

  • Transparency: Vulnerable & authentic in all areas

  • Commonality: Actually like each other

We want to raise up ten thousand men thriving in their four main roles.

Our Principals:

  • Leader: There needs to be a primary leader, supported by one to three others who share the vision and help carry the weight.

  • Brothers: You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with, so surround yourself with men who are hungry for growth, humble in spirit, and who push you to become more like Jesus. These men will keep you headed in the right direction, and you will do the same for them.

  • Family: Family come first, and everything you need to lead them well can be found in your relationship with Jesus. Pursuing your wife and discipling your kids are your first ministries. Invite young men in to watch you do this, as more is caught than taught.

  • Church: We believe in the corporate church and in living under the spiritual covering of a local body. This is also a great way to find younger men to disciple.

  • Don’t Quit: We will stumble toward godliness. No one will get this perfectly right, but faithful effort in the right direction will bear fruit. That’s our aim, because even hitting near the target is still a win.
