We are Ten Thousand Fathers.

  • We are a group of men who desire to become more like Jesus in four key roles: Son, Husband, Father, and Brother. Our core group was discipled and deeply impacted by Steve Allen. And while Ten Thousand Fathers began with one man, it continues through every man who chooses to engage. We strive to live out 2 Timothy 2:2 — “and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.”

  • Simply put, we champion other men through brotherhood. We encourage, call each other up, and lock arms as we pursue Jesus together. We can only thrive as Sons, Husbands, and Fathers when we’re surrounded by brothers who pick us up when we fall, strengthen us when we’re weak, and help us find our way when we’ve lost it. Life is hard, and it will take you out if you try to go it alone.

  • Our heart is to be an organic movement, something anyone can step into and live out. Since 2022, we’ve gathered each winter in Colorado Springs for the Ten Thousand Fathers Summit: a space to rest, be refreshed, and encounter the presence of God alongside our brothers. But more than just a gathering, we want to be a model. If you feel called to bring this back to your community, we’d love to help you do that.

  • Well, yes and no. Ten Thousand Fathers is more of a movement and a mindset. The idea is, if you invest in others, there’s no telling the generational impact you could have. We’re not keeping track, but we believe that every man who engages with this movement and becomes more like Jesus counts toward that number. And if we do this right, the number will far exceed ten thousand.

  • Honestly, that depends on the engagement of the men and their willingness to step up as intentional leaders in their communities. We're content being a yearly gathering point for men, but we also know that being a Man of God is about more than just riding a spiritual high from one weekend. Some of the men in our tribe are already doing incredible things to help others stay on the right path throughout the year in their roles as sons, husbands, fathers, and brothers. We're more than happy to share what they’re doing and walk alongside you as you build your own band of brothers in your community.

  • We truly believe that when men are on fire for the Lord and surrounded by brothers who support them in living out their calling, everything gets better. Our wives flourish. Our kids grow strong. Communities are transformed. The lost are found, and the light of Jesus shines brighter.

This isn’t about one man, or even a group of men. It’s about Jesus. It’s about you becoming more like Him, moment by moment, day by day.

We’re here to walk with you and help you become the man God has called you to be.

Logos

  • This coat of arms is masculine and wild, portraying different aspects of the Man of God.

An eagle at the top symbolizing God’s strength. We rise up on wings of eagles.

The panthers on each side are classic coat of arms designs. Regal, fierce, and powerful.

Embedded within all this are vines and wildness. The unleashing.

The cardinal represents the beauty of God, while the mountains are a reminder for us to climb the mountain God has for us. It’s our purpose and our challenge.

This is who we are. The Man of God.

  • Sonship.

This is our primary role. Like a chalice overflowing, sonship overflows onto every area of our lives. It impacts everything, and waters the gardens that God has entrusted to us.

  • Husband.

This is our next role. Husband to a flourishing wife. He hold the key to her heart, and we are responsible for doing whatever we have to do to help her be her best. The key represents strength to open the door to her flourishing.

Like Jesus whose hands were pierced for our freedom, we sacrifice for her and serve her no matter what.

She is our first ministry. Our main love her on earth. Our garden to cultivate.

  • Father.

Our third role. Faithful and intentional father. We are an anchor of stability for our children. Our shepherd their hearts, while igniting them with confidence and courage to become all that God has for them.

We lead the way. We shepherd and guide. They will follow us, and we are the main influence in their life. May we steward them well.

  • Brother

We are shaking hands. An oath. A commitment.

We champion each other. We need each other. We push each other towards Christ, the foundation of all other roles.

This is the role that makes all the other roles thrive.

Alone, we die. Together, we have a shot at thriving.

For it is not good for man to be alone.
